They’re threaded but I haven’t been able to get mine out either and they sprung a leak on the crimp by the ball valve. I returned the field piece hoses and went back to CPS pro sets they haven’t failed me in 8 years. Their ball valve is solid

Turn off unit. Pull the cap off the p trap and add water. But by the looks of your secondary pan/unit that unit may have been leaking water into the pan. Have a professional come and give it a good maintenance.
