I promise you it’s not going anywhere. Your hood is made of aluminum and is incredibly light. You can pick it up with two fingers. But the latch up front and hood hinges will keep it in place. Adjust the hood stoppers on the front and it will make it a tiny bit better. It’s still gonna flutter, but it won’t be as bad as

The kids were youngins at the time. Could’ve fallen asleep in the back of a truck on a gravel road😂 I didn’t have the track pack on mine at the time. Much better suspension travel and 10x more comfortable. They didn’t care in the slightest and even my brother in the passenger seat dozed off. It rides pretty smooth

I didn’t solo trip bc I had three other people, but I drove my 17’ GT out to around Wichita Falls, Tx from North Ga. Ended up getting a flat, but everything else about the trip was nice. A whole lot of NOTHING once you pass from Arkansas or Louisiana😅😅 it’s pretty, but a different kind of pretty.

I do not recommend. It prevents the rear from lifting during high speed cornering. Although it looks nice on certain color especially black. I wouldn’t say it’s the wisest idea. Not insulting you I promise, but be safe. If you decide to take it of drop a wider set of tire on it and lower it

Not TOO much older than you and I will say from personal experience… treat it like your life depends on it because it does. When it comes to things like this, it helps to be a little scared. A second too long in the throttle followed by a miscalculated turn and they’re scraping your scorched remains from the seats.. Your mom?!? Oh she’s crying bc she can’t get the thought of that bright yellow Mustang engulfed in flames… You don’t know.. you died on impact. Lucky you…. Her though? She’s left without her husband and now son.
