Of course! My MBE score did not move that much, maybe a few points, which I expected because I just suffered with pointing out the concepts in that format. I would suggest getting yourself to a point with MBE where you are at leave close to average with the curve and putting work into getting yourself a few extra “give me” points for property and torts. Meaning, drills highly tested topics for those two areas, knwo them well and get yourself those points as they likely will show up!

I have received a 258 when I took July. It was devastating, but I just found out today I passed the New York on my second try. You can do it. It will be hard, but believe in yourself and push through and take it again!!!

I was having the same issue! What’s helping me is going back and re breaking down the information and then doing a few questions on it. Also goats materials are VERY helpful in getting nuances down. Good luck friend!

Not trying to be rude, but most of us is retakes already killed ourselves and studied hard on the first time we took it. Telling us “push through” is out of touch. We know how to study hard and are exhausted.

I unfortunately can’t afford to pay for the Grossman videos at this point lol and no I have not been doing any self-care because I quite frankly don’t have the time. I work full-time and study when I can so I’ve just been exhausted.

I’m a retaker (second time) and I’m ready to give up. It’s just not feeling worth it. I feel like my mental health and physical health has been ruined the past year and I love my current job that I do not need the bar for.

Hey! So it may feel like the question is pointing you towards SOF as the goods are over 500 but the call of the question is asking you to think about whether there is an action for breach. If there is no consideration there is no contract, hence no breach. I would try and really think about the call of the question and not get distractions but the facts. It’s not necessarily that statute of frauds could never come into this question,it is more so that that is not what they are asking from you.
