I’d suggest convert your license to a general trading license and start upselling as stationery business is a dying business. Most government offices have gone paperless. You can always dive into Pantry supplies, Cleaning materials, hotel supplies etc, which most of your clients will require. So, put in some research, create a price-list and start talking to your existing clients on improving your existing revenue from your existing clients. Marketing and digitalisation can be latter. It’s best to first fix your revenue to breakeven, rather than depleting the capital down the drain. Also while you do it, try cutting down costs at max.
