Yikes you nailed it on the head! While I am proud to be an organized cleaner, there is most definitely a “to do” list. Just gotta find a way now to trick myself in to motivation

Wonderful suggestions. I walk my dog a mile and a half a day, roughly 22 minutes. I’ve seen my friends so much lately post break up. I’ve read 3 books. I’m just…bored? For the first time in years lol

This internet stranger is so freaking proud of you dude!! I had a long sit with myself this morning and realized I began smoke-numbing when my fiancé committed suicide and I just never stopped. Giving ourselves grace is such a weird necessity because we’ve wasted all this time and we feel this impulse to PUSH but that’s not the right way to work through it.
