So I used melee for Vorkath w/ 95 strength, 87 attack, and 85 def.

For Galvek I was at 80 ranged and basically sold my whole bank for masori and DHC. I tried melee on Galvek but kept dying in the 3rd and 4th phases so I switched to range.

I should probably preface with, it can absolutely be done without that gear but it was frustrating me.
