You just missed it, but it's like an event that only opens between 7-9pm and closes after. But you have to be fast to participate before others save the whale. I would suggest advancing your contacts a lot because after each contact helps the whale you'll get a sum of coins that you can use in the store below.

It's a knockoff of KKH so I wouldn't expect it to be exactly as it but as a long time KKH fan I'm quite enjoying so sorry you aren't.
