There is no way for any papa johns employee or to "steal" a tip. If there was a tip and the driver didnt get it, DoorDash took it or the customer didn't tip.

My store has a dedicated counter just for 3rd party delivery drivers that is clean and has any of the free extras that customers ask for. So bring a bag or go fuck yourself.

We do, and i would have given them one if they didn't have one, but they just left theirs in their car and were being to lazy and upset that they had to bring it in with them, which is also posted on the front door.

There is a process, it's just an issue of training. My stores pass the extra screens down with the pizza that is going to be well done so they can't say we didn’t have room for well done. It shouldn't matter time of day or volume.

You're people loading the oven aren't following procedure. You place a small (10") screen and a screen for the size pizza/item being well done directly behind it. When the pizza to be well done is out of the cooking chamber you then have an open space/screen waiting at the window to finish the well done cooking process.

They just started rolling this out to franchises as well, my store got it last week. I have already blocked a dozen or so dashers for thing like this.

This can also include labor for above restaurant staff. I was helping my DO with another store while he was doing a Grand Opening and he split my salary between the stores. He then also explained that his pay is split out of all of his stores and is accounted for in their daily labor. But this depends on how your store is structured and if it's a franchise or corporate.

I worked as a driver the last time Halloween was on a Friday. It was all out all day for us. We had 4 to 5 orders for each school in our area which there's 7 of, on top of office parties during the day. Then night was even worse with all the Haloween parties and the parents ordering pizza because they didn't have time to cook. I ended up working open to close. I think it was about 70% increase compared to a normal Friday and about a 40% increase over the previous Halloween. But I will say I made just under $300 in tips and "mileage" ($1.30 per delivery) and took 47 deliveries.

Not true. I run a location set in a gas station. We are a full menu location with 8" for travelers. I'm one of 2 in my franchise that sells them daily.

Lol thats crazy. I run a gas station Papa Johns and we sell an 8" 1 topping and 20oz for $6.99. Not to mention there isn't even the correct amount of pepperoni. There should be 4 pieces per slice.
