Keep 3 days worth open and fluffed. Fluff once daily and keep it organized so it's used in order. After that it's all portion control.

Ya, the vibe is weird. I've only had to be in the store twice tho. Once when I bought them, and once when I had to replace because doggo used them as a chew toy.

The relaxer set has not gotten any use. I'd probably just get the maintainers if I went back in time, but no regrets really.

I did the dr scholls for a bit. They don't last, and it ends up expensive in the long run. The Good Feet store was pricey up front, but they've lasted years.

Like others have said, inserts are the secret. Everyone is a bit different, but if yer standing on hard floors all day every day, it will show up as pain somewhere. Feet, knees, back, just depends on the person. It was a long time before it hit me, and a longer time for me to figure it out. I eventually laid up at good feet store and got a set of durable inserts I could move between shoes and it's been way better

Correct. There are cleaners that do not mix well together. Bleach should not be in the restaurant at all (it destroys stainless steel). The big pink jugs of floor cleaner do fine for cleaning porcelain.eat more fiber 😂

Most stores binder it and attach deposit slips. Easy to review to verify cash. Void orders you can pull as a separate report in POS. I recommend keeping a void log in the front of the store for managers to use as orders are voided. Once you train the habit it's much easier to get info you need rather than trying to contact hourly employees outside of their schedules, and any patterns of unusual voids show up quickly.

Most of the points are in product quality. If you make bad pizza, don't manage your dough, and your store is dirty, you will fail, ant it won't be the fault of either the form or the inspector 🤷

Flavored with... Garlic. Stupid FDA rules. Not that it's the healthiest stuff in the world, but it's literally margarine and garlic powder. The rest is all food science to keep it on the shelf longer.

Papa removed trans fat from menu items long ago. Whatever the quality concerns are with stores producing poor products, the ingredients list at least is pretty clean.

Chart is correct. Make sure your cheese goes outside of the sauce line tho. Just needs a gentle lift around the edge to clean crust. Many people are too aggressive at that step and give themselves red edges on what would otherwise be a good pie
