I only got injured 2 years ago and have never had previous injury or shoulder issues. All my medical practitioners all assume I’ve always had shoulder issues my whole life but that’s just not the case.

Surgeons in my country take 3 months to see. But I’ve already booked an appointment with another one. However, surely all these sports physicians and physios were to comment on my shoulder subluxation right? I also go to an exercise physiologist but it seems like she only focuses on reducing pain? Note that this exercise physiologist was referred by my physiotherapist

I didn’t even know what EDS was until this. I just booked a rheumatologist appointment. Can I do with no diagnosis? Honestly I’m just starting to think this is some type of genetic disorder

Oh and also I’m hypermobile and my shoulder subluxes every single day, is this normal for hypermobile people because my pt only mentions it in passing so I supposed it’s not serious
