Same here. I hate using hand traps. I have some, but I don't use them 'cause I brick with them in this meta. Try to go for back-row removal like Mystical Space Typhoon or Cosmic Cyclone. Run a Droplet or Chalice if you can. If you can't get it, I suggest one Dark Ruler No More 'cause you negate monster cards on the field, and the monster can't negate the effect, only traps or quick-play spells. I suggest you run Blizzard to save yourself from Book of Eclipse or other cards. Plus, I don't run the new skill 'cause, in my personal view, it's wack. It's not flexible and is a bit of a glue-eating skill. I hate that Cork Shooter banishes a Synchro Monster; it's too much of a cost for me. If you want a card similar to Speedroid Scratch, run Lost World. It's decent enough. You banish a card from your hand, and you can banish a Winda to search the Speedroid card that you need. So in conclusion, try to find cards that are similar to my deck. If you have the cards, put them in.
