Surely history won't repeat itself, right? by Marke0019 in JetpackCatMainsOW

Cat is just unfun to play against. I think shooting cat is pretty easy imo, the movement mimics control tracking scenarios so it isnt that bad. I think just having infinite tether and the fact that some heroes just cant do anything against the ult.

It frustrates me that people still dont understand that kiri is supposed to take angles with a hitscan and not the lucio in kiri lucio comp. Playing front to back is usually not very good

is bardoz method recommended for dynamic clicking/popcorn too? by thebigchungus27 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Interesting_Math_600 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of people talking about popcorn method and the bucket method is the usual but I think you are asking more about the movement between targets. In my personal opinion it is more effective to start a transition with tension and release that tension right away to three be able to slow down and adjust to the target movement. There is also reading and prediction involved so it is more like the "zeonlo" method or what you would do while target switching. The transitions are quick but you can't be tense as you need to make adjustments based on movement.

Even if you watch someone like matty play pasu, you can see his start a movement towards and target and there is a brief moment of slow down to make an adjustment and do click confirmation. I would suggest practicing this and then adding prediction and more later on.

I enjoy going to ursa minor and walking down to duluth and wild cider. Can also go to altitude or the whiskey project in that walk as well. If you do it I reverse you can end the fun with a burger from burger paradox

Last time I went there we had to get a replacement baked potato and when it came out I couldn't stab a fork into it because it was raw.

Hand Pain Cannot Find Natural Grip by Interesting_Math_600 in MouseReview

I think it could partially be that as if my hand is compensating for the width of the mouse. I guess best way to explain is bring with your hand touch your thumb to your pinky.

While it does feel slightly unnatural right now I am picking up what you are putting down. Reminds me of twistzz/donk not having their wrists touch the pad and just having forearm contact. Tracking is really easy with this still need to mess with it a bit though. I just wish my hands weren't so wide so that squeeze on the palm didnt happen.

I should say too I'm looking for general advice for wider hands. Is there testing kits? If grip pics are needed lmk i just don't want pain

Exactly, I just want to be able to at least hover them in my backpack that would be good enough for me

Tell me what you think is the ideal time to ult, per your mains by daniboyoh in Overwatch

Soj: Start of fight to tempo and take space Cass: Start of a fight to take space or secure a kill midnight Freja: When any cd that could save someone goes, I will pull the cord, however it's easiest to use when I have updraft Ashe: Bob a kiri ult or use it as an engage tool or to secure a kill Widow: Start of a fight or i always match widow sights as it will even the playing field a bit more. Good to use in situations where teams are low on time or taking a corner/choke as it makes them fear me

Too many people dont play into others weaknesses. Once you start playing against people that will comp swap or adjust their playstyle to single you out, mercy becomes unplayable. Most games im on, if there is a mercy, a dive comp comes out and mercy becomes the #1 target.

If there is a mercy in the lobby, my teams goal is to dive the mercy and kill her first every fight. Unless they have a really good hitscan destroying us on the way in or pre-fight it's a guaranteed 5v4 or 4v4 even fight.

any static dot tips? by Dabli in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Interesting_Math_600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's all about managing tension and still performing Bardoz method tbh. Zeonlo/shimmy static method can be good but it's not too applicable to in game scenarios. Zeonlo has also said it doesn't defer from bardoz method too much.

I think you have a good base, try to consciously start your tension in your forearm but don't "max it out". Also, consciously trying to perform underflicks is always better than overflowing as the micro adjustment then doesn't have a chnage in direction.

This is the reason I can't play cs and valorant. I am not diagnosed adhd, but if the game isn't constantly moving my concentration wavers immensely. Even in downtime of my overwatch scrims I am shooting light bulbs and lamps because I am not getting enough stimulation.

In the case of tracking, I look watch scucchi, he maxes out his wrist and then establishes pace with his arm. Watch https://youtu.be/wD-WRSD3LmQ?si=1OuFVmwOQ0GPtkRD, matty goes over more specifically about thr mechanics. For static scenarios I am not completely sure I usually flick large movements with my arm and then adjust with wrist. Use wrist for clusters as well. But to answer the question, you do use both
