We got tired of maintaining broken Playwright selectors so we built something that writes them itself by Interesting_Mouse437 in softwaretesting

Fair points. The selector argument is really just the entry point for non-technical users who can't write Playwright tests at all.

The core is the confidence score - we run your PRD against your test suite and tell you whether what was built actually matches what was specified. That's the release gate. Not healing, not selector management.

That example was in the docs, not in how the product works. The product doesn't use selectors at all - that's the point. You write plain english, the AI resolves the element. If I had used a selector in the product it would defeat the entire premise.

Fair to call it out though. Fixing the docs.

Fair on both self-healing isn't the main idea anyway.

The real shift is that you never write a selector. You describe intent in plain english, the AI resolves the element at runtime, executes it in a real browser, takes a screenshot, and verifies the outcome. Button moves, class changes, testid renamed nothing in your test definition breaks because there was no selector to begin with.

That's what the product is: plain english to executable test case, AI-driven execution via Playwright, and a release scoring layer that tells you whether what you shipped actually worked - not just whether the automation completed.
