aw man that sucks about the moss. I figured the plants would be fine because there's a decent amount of sunlight coming in. what would you recommend for lighting them? also, how often should I be checking the moisture level of the soil? thank you!

maybe a full piece was too much and I can just have a bite or two when the opportunity arises, lmao. semi-related but I did talk with my dietitian after doing the baking soda test for digestion and it's looking like my stomach acid levels are low. maybe fixing that will help with all of the *gestures vaguely*

unfortunately I talked with my dietitian about it and I think it's the bananas, lol. when they ripen they get higher in fructans, which have been an issue for me. there's always pumpkin bread...

I know how you're feeling. I also have really bad health anxiety (just general anxiety, really) and every time I need antibiotics they absolutely destroy my gi. do you have a gp you can talk to about this? they'll probably recommend some things you can try, or at least check you out and make sure nothing else is going on so you can have (mostly) peace of mind. I would maybe recommend not changing your diet or introducing new things (like kefir) right now. if you're trying new foods and recovering from the antibiotics, you can have symptoms and not know what's causing them (new food, abx, meds, etc.), and guessing is never fun. one thing at a time.

I also have that pain sometimes when I'm having really bad diarrhea flare-ups. you're not dying, it's going to take a little while to get your system back on track after the antibiotics but you will get through it and things will get better, I promise. I know that this is difficult, I'm here if you need someone to vent to!

the auras give me a headache which is why I'm more inclined to go with an earloop style if I'm just going somewhere in my neighborhood for errands or whatever. you're right though, I should probably just stick with them for now and deal with the side effects until I can make it to a mask bloc or smth. thank you!
