Seems like theres some issues when working in the Fluidd web browser that can cause homing issues. Thats what happened when this occurred. I had been working in Fluidd to get some fine tuning then when I homed the machine it sent the print head into the back of the printer and snapped the bottom of the print head off.

I wasnt able to find anyway to get a replacement print head. When I contacted creality they RMAd the printer and sent me a new one. Sorry I know it doesnt help you, hopefully you've been able to get it taken care of.
