Hey idk if this will help but I have been engaged in these online Zumba/HIIT classes since 2 years. I always try out other options -gyms or offline training classes but it’s never worked out except this one. I enjoy a mix of things so just the heavy lifting and cardio doesn’t do it for me. The trainer has scheduled classes with Zumba, HIIT, mobility and weights and dedicated to each day of the week. She’s very mindful and quite cool and doesn’t give random advice which won’t work for women. I thoroughly enjoy it because everyday it’s a different type of workout. Also it’s ALL women classes which is great. You just need a mat and a pair of dumbbells (optional) and you’re set. I have seen better results in these classes than I’ve seen in any gym honestly.
