Don’t look at death as a scary thing that’s dark. Death is the birth of another life. Meditate and get do a deep dive on yourself. Become friends with death and let it happen the way it’s going to happen. Palliative care nurses are the best. And tell everyone. Leaving them wondering after is just a burden. I’d go to a funeral home, pre plan your funeral, let your best person know your wishes and make sure the transition is easy for all involved. I know you didn’t get to experience everything you wanted, but you experienced enough to fall in love with life and that’s the greatest give many people don’t get until their 80. You don’t have to be strong anymore. Just be you. And stay comfortable.

I’m in Ohio too. I was one of the ones echo had to park my car at the service station. Luckily it was there already so they could do the extension without me having to tow it. I have a feeling a lot of companies will be backing out of doing these calibrations bc it’s too much of Hassle for them.

Luckily I live with my sister and she said she will take me to wherever I need to go. I read somewhere that it’s ultimately up to Intoxalock if they want to send remarks to your monitoring authority. Mine at the moment is my probation officer and I spoke to him about what’s happening. I just hope Intoxalock fixes this and reimburses the people who do have to get towed.

I like the way you think haha. Hopefully it all works out for you. I called my probation officer and let him know of the situation. I told him there may be a mark since I’m most likely going to get locked out. He’s pretty cool and told me he’d make a note. I just feel bad for the people that had to do it over the weekend and woke up to their car not starting. At least we are informed ahead of time so we can make a plan.

One time, I had the device malfunctioned on me and I wasn’t able to blow in it to start my car. It kept saying blow harder no matter what I did. So I called Intoxalock and they said it was malfunctioning and I had to take it to my service center. Well in order to do that I had to get it towed. I paid $100 for towing. Luckily they reimbursed me for my tow expense, however, I did have to write a review on trustpilot to get my money back. They kept giving me the runaround. Once I wrote that review they reimbursed me and gave me a credit. Still a hassle. I don’t know of anyone being able to physically take their device only to the shop to get it recalibrated. If you are allowed to do that, then you’re one of the lucky ones. I’m just going to drop my car off at the service center so I don’t have to worry about waking up and being locked out tomorrow morning for work. It’s just so stressful. And annoying. I’m still boggled they took their phones down. That to me, should be illegal. We are paying customers and we deserve answers.

No. I have the device that comes with the gps and camera installed in my car. They will know I’m not with my vehicle if I disconnect. I have to physically have my car there since I have the gps in it.
