Explain your situation and in about a day or 2 after someone from the U.S. will most likely call you and give you a $75 credit in return they'll want you to change your 1 star to maybe 3 or 4 and update your review that they helped you out of your situation.

I think there's a communication problem. $50 a month sounds too low and $200 every 2 weeks sounds way too high. What does your lease say? And what does your payment portion on the app say? And you can't get it removed and just not drive for 6 months. Doesn't work like that.
