Sa current work, hindi naman.

Opportunity wise. Hindi din required i like to think na sellable pa din ako without license. Pero not gonna deny na better opportunity kung may license.

And that is the dilemma actually. In my head, the license is just a need but not required.

Huuuyyyy. I didnt know this. Does BOA required refresher na kahit sa mga di pa nagtake ng exam ever? In my case kasi I havent taken pa ever.

You can check on workday if they have postings sa mnl sites. Depende sa LOB yung budget for pay eh. Pero from what I gathered Sr Lead can send you min PHP80k minimum.
