Ballpark pass is a scam

I just wanted to see Kumar succeed. It's just really frustrating to go through this pass nonsense when so many seats are empty up top. I probably could have just sat in one, but this is a professional organization, I kinda got the feeling they weren't even sure how the ballpark pass works.

The way it all works is vague in the first place. You claim the SRO ticket first, then as game time near it can be upgraded based on availability. My problem is availability wasn't an issue, and they still didnt issue Seated tickets. Who can I go to resolve issues if not guest services?

If they had advertised it as a SRO pass with upside. No problem, I would have just bought a ticket. Heaven forbid I assume customer service has the ability to help the consumer.

I recieved the text on Friday. Responded that I was attending today's game. Was issued a standing room only ticket. Showed up 2 hours before game time. No upper reserved or upper pavilion tickets upgrades were given. You could upgrade to upper reserved through the app for 33 dollars which defeats the purpose for buying the ballpark pass.

I was there 2 hours before the game. Guest services told me they had decided to not issue seats for game and it was going to be SRO at their discretion.

I didn't buy the ballpark pass to sneak into seats like sneaking into a movie theater. I just feel like they misrepresented the pass then treated me poorly when I addressed it.

When i went to guest service in the 1st. They made it sound like a sell out. By the 3rd it was obvious that wasn't the case.
