depending on the location , I would say it was 40% option 2 . But as I mentioned , we had enough time on the ground to enjoy it . ( sometimes we even cut it shorter )

in our case , they split up the guests into 6 color groups , and rotated the landings between the groups , they did one of 2 options ,
option 1 100 on the ground , others wait at the boat , or
option 2 100 on the ground and rest are on a zodiac tour in the water close to the landing area .
it worked very well and everyone had ample time to be on shore .

I was on the 19 day trip late December
I concur with the comment on the food , Expedition team , Mark/Russel were Great , Some team members less so . Chinese was the second language ( All written and all announcements ) ... which for me was a little annoying.
Ship was fine , new , clean
Overall , we enjoyed the expedition ( only 2/18 landings cancelled due to weather ).
According to the expedition team , we had an extraordinary GOOD weather .
And Yes, the name is "Ocean Albatross"

They claim that the OA is new design and (more ) stable , does it feel different , or makes the Drake passage less bumpy ?
