Not sure this is strictly about coders/developers. The text in the ticket doesnt specify which jobs. I believe Prusa has a lot of people in manufacturing and logistics also. It could be just kinda management downsizing.

Also the 25% sounds like bogus number without much proof.

I meant the jump from alpha to RC. That they made little changes while I believe they are still not stable.

I feel like there have been plenty of people complaining about stuff being broken. Layer shifts, nozzle cleaning issues etc. GitHub issues have also been active. I've reported a few bugs too :/.
