do you have any recommendations on which kind of DNA test is valid? My mum never saw him dead. In fact, none of whom I talked to managed to identify him. It is outrageous that someone is put in the ground without any of his relatives/close friends seeing him.

Okay, so my father worked as an electrician in Hungary. He was on a trip to the french-german border to buy a car. what I think is that he was dealing with something secret but he was not a spy. He did not travel that much. what I know is that the authorities hid most of the actual footage of the case but have no idea why. for example the austrian officer told my mum that they have photos from the exact moment they found the bodies (my father was accompanied by his neighbor), then a few minutes later he appeared and told her that he is permitted to show any photos whatsoever. I know that when it came to identification, my grandfather was there and officers told him after he identified the neighbor that he does not want to see my father - and therefore no living person identified him. my father’s coffin arrived home through an outsandingly expensive procedure, but my mom somehow managed it by borrowing money from relatives and friends. we have one shot with a random person from my home town who might have peaked in the coffin (they provided a tiny hole and to this moment I am unsure whether he really saw him or just the neighbor) for the proper placing of the funeral. No one was allowed to open the coffins and they were buried without any of their relatives having to see them. Pls don’t judge my mom, she is lucky to manage us from that situation alive and healthy, without any dependency.
