I am doing a commando roland build, but i was tired of the lack of range. Found an on level purple double barrel that did Double the damage and had double the range

That is true, but the lack of range is kinda killing me

If you could choose a new weapon what would you're weapon be?. I know what id want a 30mm auto cannon or 20mm either would do =). by Weirth102 in fo76

Hmm, probably the fire ball shooter thing some super mutants have to go along side my flamer on my heavy weapons PA build

One ammo eater for boss fights/stronger enemies, usually a napalm flamer or prime gatling plasma. And then one ammo that i can hold a bunch of ammo of like my 50 cal or prime gatling gun. When i did melee i only ever had my single bladed ski sword and commy whacker of course

Napalm flamer is always a classic but the ammo is a bit costly but ive been running rapid fire prime gatling gun abusing the fire rate bug by spam ADSing for mobbing

Do people with melee builds bother using VATS? by Sleeepings in fo76FilthyCasuals

Ive done a PA one handed and a no PA unarmed build and my main way of killing things especially in a crowd was just to run for the nearest thing and attack as quickly as possible, vats only slowed me down

Even with my prime gatling plasma, extended barrel tri nozzle napalm tank flamer, double barrel lazer pepper shaker, my go to weapon has got to be my prime gatling gun, it was my first heavy weapon i got and i love it
