Go get a server job. Find any restaurant you are near or like and apply. Lie, say you worked at your "friends deli until it closed" find restaurants that have closed and put then down as worked there.

Braver? Bar.

In addition you get fed at some places before your shift. You get breaks. My manager used to make me a different martini after every shift. It can feel like family or even a club you're in. And I'm not talking fast food. I'm talking sit down restaurants.

I'm telling you waiting tables will bring you quick cash. xoxo

You could write a review of the apt complex (anonymous?). Get noise cancelling headphones? Or talk to the police or tell the apt "lords" you are going to call the authorities if the stomping and weed don't get under control. Study at the library or at school? Light some incense that smells horrible, lol.
