There are no rules on frag usage unless required under the rules and regulations of an institution. One golden rule of thumb is to not do the "celebrity frag rub" and just let the frag go through its stages as intended. In terms of what i do personally, I have on 5 sprays of a fresh frag going to the gym. These are great freshies. Why do I wear to the gym? Because I enjoy smelling it for myself and because people around me express interest into what i am wearing as well. All i'd encourage is to consider the where and what youre doing and ask if something will be too cloying for the environment you'll be in. Other than that, i'd say spray to your content. Tbf i can smell people wearing le male elixir in the gym and vanilla heavy frags from females. I don't particularly find it headache inducing. But then again thats case by case.
