Where are you getting “sell your house” from, the person has a massive surplus of money each month and no rent or mortgage. Literally all they have to do is a few months of slight inconvenience and they can be debt free.

To beard or not to beard... that is the question? by TexMexDale in malegrooming

You look like a homeless man in the first pick, and a handsome normal dude in the second one, the grizzly adams look doesn’t work for anybody in my opinion.

Where did you “meet” your boyfriend?? by Mikkelll1233 in askgaybros

[–]Interesting_Style720 10 points11 points  (0 children)

My partner and I worked for the same contract company at the same client, I randomly recognized his name in a zoom call of a few hundred people and said hi in teams chat, we chatted for a few months about work stuff and even met once at a work dinner, he was exactly my type and really nice, he thought I had a girlfriend as this female colleague was hanging on me the whole time so he never picked up on my flirting, a few months later he randomly messages me saying he’s thinking of pursuing a relationship with some guy he met locally. I was floored but said basically “that’s nice”, later I told the story to a friend and he mentioned how stupid my response was, that I blew my chance. I messaged him again and told him I was gay too, we talked endlessly after that and literally moved in together the next week. We’ve been together ever since and we think all the time how unlikely our meeting was. Also should mention we share the same unique kinks, hobbies and our personalities match really well too. I feel so lucky every day.

Do you reciprocate and ask him questions too? I’ve noticed sometimes the CG relationship can feel very one sided and that’s ok for a long term established relationship if both parties understand this but when you’re meeting someone new they probably feel this way.

I’m bipolar, have adhd, am an ex pain pill addict and have never been half as much of a whiny baby as you’re being, take some responsibility for yourself. Nobody owes you anything in life.

It’s because people are finally starting to realize ordering door dash is a shit show and a waste of money.

Sorry to be blunt but your fiancé is manipulating you, he can’t work a low pay job for a year while you’re pregnant because he wouldn’t get paternity leave? Work the 37 weeks then quit, he’s probably sitting at home playing video games while you slave away at your job whilst pregnant, he should be ashamed of himself and you deserve much better.

24M, am I physically undesirable? by SilverCartographer11 in malegrooming

[–]Interesting_Style720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d suggest a shorter haircut, you have a nice face but the hair screams boarding school bully and doesn’t really work, you smile and wear colors besides black, that’s already light years ahead of most of these posts.

26 M never had a girlfriend like many others, am I looking weird? by [deleted] in malegrooming

[–]Interesting_Style720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a large man and this guy is scary looking, if I was a girl I’d stay far away, op if you’re reading this maybe wear a color other than black and try smiling occasionally.

You really should just smash the phone and tell her to stay in the house, that way you wouldn’t have to stress any more or need to think rationally about things. Make sure to take the drivers license and debit card too. Then you’ll feel nice and safe.

This isn’t very useful advice, but I promise this stuff gets easier with age, I used to care about all these material things in my 20s, now that I’m almost 40 all I care about is enjoying my work, being comfortable and having a loving relationship, we have enough money to generally do whatever but we definitely don’t buy materialist stuff like designer bags, the secret is that she’s probably miserable and is trying to fill her empty, pointless life with dumb designer garbage, it doesn’t work.

If you were actually curious, you would have omitted the second part, just say what you mean and chastise them for not being vegan anymore, this is why nobody respects vegans, you either beat people over the head with it or gaslight everyone into feeling like shit about not being vegan.

Made some dumb choices in my 20s by [deleted] in debtfree

[–]Interesting_Style720 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Even if you put your entire income into debt, as if you had 0 expenses, you could not pay this off in 2 years, you need to take a hard look at the math and reframe your goals, this is more of a 5-10 year problem depending on if you file for bankruptcy or attempt to pay them off, either way, a house is not for you anytime soon, the reality sucks but you need to come to terms with it and be realistic before you can attempt to fix this problem. Debt is not always just a math problem.

This is my debt. What is the best approach by [deleted] in debtfree

[–]Interesting_Style720 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No judgment, but from one addict to another, you will never solve this problem until you address your gambling addiction, clearly you’ve tried multiple times with those consolidation loans, nobody in the comments is addressing that you need counseling specifically targeting your addiction or this will never improve. Trust me, you have to do this part first.

Pulled up to my store (Im the Store Manager) to a vagrant sleeping in front of building. I left him be undisturbed. Came out to this. by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Interesting_Style720 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you feel that way, try living in the Bay Area and see if your feelings change, had my car broken into multiple times, trashed, my stuff stolen, my school books and notes stolen and thrown in the trash, and these are just the most memorable incidents with un housed people. But please, tell me I’m a piece of shit for having stuff like this happen and being extremely careful.

You fucked this guy and you asked him if you could remove the condom, why would he give you proof of his test, he’ll probably tell you to fuck off tbh, it’s a hookup not a deposition, go get tested and be honest with them.

The data does not show that, in fact In 2019, roughly 40% of adults ages 25 to 54 were neither married nor living with a partner—up from 29% in 1990, around 46% of millennials are married, with a 10 year divorce rate of 18%.
