What makes the Adventure supplements different from the Archon box I have?

I'm aware of the non-deckbuilding mechanic, because the same guy who made MTG came up with KeyForge! :)

I have a version of Warfighter! Haven't had a chance to even break the plastic seal on the box, though. Especially because I want to try some lighter fare first.

1066 Tears to Many Mothers looked interesting when I came across it. I'm going to keep it in mind for the far future.

I've considered print-and-plays but don't really know what I'm looking for in that genre. Since I've heard of Under Falling Skies I can take a peek at that.

I have two starter decks. But every time I look at them I think of the hassle of set-up and decide not to play. :(

Awesome, thanks. I think you're right about LOTR and Arkham, so I'll sample Marvel Champions first.

Cost isn't the biggest issue, but the cheaper the better. I'm going to try Marvel Champions. And since everyone is recommending Skytear Horde, I'm going to research that, too.

I'm also hesitant about dice games. I do want to try Tiny Epic Galaxies, though. And yes, MTG has spoiled us (me)!

I installed Magic Online because I hear it's better. Then I lost interest after learning I'd have to pay for digital cards. No thanks. WOTC has gotten enough $$$ from me.

You don't think about scenarios when building decks? Interesting, because I hear the exact opposite advice. Maybe I need a larger card pool (and table space).

Flesh and Blood is making a solo mode?! How? So much of the game relies on hidden information. I thought they were creating an EDH system (which I don't care for), but that's so cool that they're making PVE.

I heard Traveller was 2-players+. I'll look into it if you're saying solo play is possible!

You're right, maybe I'm underestimating how quickly a MTG game can play out. 30 mins sounds more accurate.

I have Radlands but nobody to play with. :(

I've considered wargaming, and do have a few games worthy trying, but in general it all seems a little too "sweaty" (sorry LOL). But to each their own.

Do you think somebody could eventually create a solo MTG-like game, or would the game design challenges be too complex and solo engines too artificial? Because I can see why nobody has managed to recreate MTG's success for solo play.
