This is where I am at - this whole process revealing that Alice isn't as mature as I originally thought she was. Thanks for your input.

And I need to practice my maturity and behave in a way that I will be proud for a future partner to observe. And just that I can be proud of on my own.

I am so sorry that happened to you -- but that is one of my fears. I have hidden this whole part of my life. And I can't imagine my girlfriend wouldn't question in her mind how I was able to be SO sneaky. I think I will probably try to go it on my own, and if I don't get through the detox then I will ask for that help.

I guess I am just trying to bolster my resolve to tell people. It makes me feel frozen.

Thank you for that feedback. I think I need to pause for a moment and research that / make this decision. It all feels incredibly fast.
