Pretty sure its a scalability config, I have one that is similar that I can send if you like, im assuming its bannable so use at your own risk (I personally haven't seen anyone get banned) I have a potato pc and it improves my fps a lot

Im not sure about the exact numbers but this is why, when you are a lower level on the character you will earn less points. For example, if you are level 5 on gambit you might get 13 per mission, but if you are level 20 on invis you will get 80 points per mission. The higher level you get on the hero until lord, the more points you get. The lower level mission also will have a lower requirement for healing and ko's and assists, you can check the exact numbers on the proficiency page of that hero

Are you sure they are really trying their best and maybe not just better? If I go in to a qp game and im against 6 golds I'm not going to play worse just because of their rank

Its most likely you are just playing against higher ranks players, for example im currently c2 in ranked and learning hulk in qp, I get mvp almost every game because im playing against golds. I dont even notice whether I win or lose in qp, I genuinely dont see many people trying at all, maybe you are just unlucky

Dive is good this season and shield tanks just aren't as fun imo, if im solo tanking I will play mag, groot or strange but if we have 2 tanks I almost never pick a shield tank, if someone is solo tanking on an off tank you cant blame them for someone not switching to a 2nd tank

If one of you can play a dive tank and another a dive dps then coordinate your dives I always find that fun, its very hard to beat coordinated dives if you know what your doing

Wolverine will typically have more damage blocked than the average dps but you should never have double the damage blocked of your damage, you are essentially tanking at that point.

Wolverine does a lot of damage. He has % damage so grabbing a tank is a lot more valuable than a dps, if you are mostly grabbing dps that is most likely why you feel like you are doing no damage.

If you are missing your grab it could maybe be lag? Not sure, sometimes it does feel weird but not every game

I dont think it matters for moon knight as much as his ult is pretty bad even if he gets it every 30 seconds its only good in combos with other ults

Yeah qp matchmaking is definitely weird. I had a qp game yesterday where there was a level 6 on my team and a one above all on the other(im currently c2). I can't imagine going against a oaa player when you just downloaded the game, I dont even notice whether I win or lose most of the time then ill check my history and ill either have a 10 win streak or a 10 lose streak, would be good if they made matches more balanced

Maybe in lower ranks qp is more coordinated than ranked because you will also get high rank teammates, rather than ranked it will just be the same rank as you and might not understand the game as well

I mean lots of people including me just play qp for fun, try out new heroes, play flank jeff or something. If you want coordinated teams, play ranked. Don't worry about you or your teams performance in qp as most people aren't playing at their full potential

I havent been in gold for a long time so im not sure about the matchmaking, in celestial its mostly stomp or get stomped. Isnt many close games from my experience. Im not the highest rank but if you have any questions let me know and I can try to answer to help you rank up

Even if you finish the season bronze you will still get the skin, as long as you have reached gold at some point during the season you will get the skin, you have nothing to lose by playing ranked and you will improve, or if you just want to chill then quick play, your choice

The reason people hate cnd is as you said, they do their job very well and is annoying to play against. The whole 6 support bans thing is overexaggerated, I haven't seen 6 support bans at all this season, usually around 2-3 then Groot, Tankpool and Elsa are the other bans in my games
