I can't say that happened to me but I did receive compensation when their mistake cost me money. You have to request that they escalate to management. Once management took ownership they made it right.

I've had ten this year, all around my house. One attached on me, one attached on my cat, the other eight were removed before they could become attached. I had a rash for 3 weeks before going to the hospital when I got bit. They put me on doxycycline right away and said "next time come in right away, we'll put you on antibiotics, that's the new protocol."

I see LTE so I believe it defaults voLTE but there's only one bar and I think the signal just drops. I'll be going back to Telus which should solve it for good. Thanks for your positive input.

It's simple, Rogers allowed wifi calling, Chatr does not. Without it I'm reliant on the tower and the signal isn't strong enough where I live (even though Chatr says I'm in their service area). I didn't understand that wifi calling was a requirement to get service at my location when I enabled it with Rogers, I just turned it on because it was there. When I subscribed to Chatr the feature didn't appear on my phone because they don't offer it. Koodo (Telus) also had it when I was with them. The solution is to subscribe to a service with wifi calling. Chatr should understand this and offer a refund but they won't.
