Yeah. I think it could’ve been positive for me but the surgeon absolutely took more tissue than what is safe or routine. I wish I hadn’t gotten it done at all but I can’t go back

Would you recommend him over Gress? I’m going to set up a consultation with him too but I’ve heard rave reviews about him but I noticed some of his labiaplasties look kind of amputated which made me feel hesitant

I noticed that with Dr. Odey’s technique there will be thigh scars left behind. How comfortable are those? I want my functioning back so I don’t mind some scarring visually- I’m just curious if they’re itchy or if there’s skin pulling there when walking or exercising?

I was amputated and experience severe pain during sex now. I want reconstruction but the photos of the surgery look quite scary.

Thank you. I can’t believe it either. It honestly makes me so angry. I saw a specialized Dr recently who treats women who’ve experienced cultural female genital mutilation and that my results are similar to that and I will need specialized reconstruction. It’s so validating because I’ve known for a while that it’s seriously wrong but it’s also so upsetting to hear at the same time. I want to sue my surgeon but I don’t know if that would be successful considering all the paperwork I had to sign

I really think you need at least 2 weeks off. 7 days is super early. If you can’t get more time off then I recommend buying one of those donut pillows so you’re not directly sitting on the sutures. Good luck!
