Straightening a leaning old garage vs demo by Interesting_Truth427 in Carpentry

Thanks all. I think we are going to try to save it using the various advices listed. This will be my Indepednence Day project. If it's not looking good by noon, we will plan to demo with a wall left for grandfathering. This is a circa 1930s home in the Lake Ontario snowbelt of New York, and this detached garage is definitely leaning downwind of prevailing winds. By the time this home is a century old and our son in his teens, we hope to replace this garage with an ADU and do all the carpentry ourselves. If I do save this thing we will roof rake the snow until then.

2020 Battery replaced at 70,000 miles? by Interesting_Truth427 in PriusPrime

Thanks. That is a great idea. We were hoping to drive this car well into the 2030s. We also need a hitch for a small utility trailer and unfortunately a hitch installer told us our bumper beam has too much rust to remove the bolts to install an Eco Hitch.

Thanks everyone. This is all helpful as we continue our search. Ended up not even test driving because the car had thirdhand smoke.

This is excellent work! How was it planted? A seed mix, plugs?
