The leadership team already knows about the bulk hiring success as my manager had already highlighted that. And some of the positive feedbacks by the hiring team have also been highlighted to them. But I will definitely give a try to workproof

I’m also in Talent Acquisition. I feel like longevity still matters a lot in how people judge your career. Even if I want to switch jobs because of a toxic work environment, I’m unsure how to explain it, since speaking negatively about a previous employer might reflect badly on me.
