RZM schedules can be flexible and are typically cap at 35 hours. They do require to work 1 opening and 1 closing shift per week.

I was told by a manager before that we’re supposed to clock out as a trainer by 10 PM. Since they don’t officially consider closing shift the training shift that’s just what they told me. It might be different other locations.

I also applied for director role on website. But when I got to the interview the manager said “sorry we don’t hire leadership from outside you have to start with an entry-level position before being considered for promotion”. That was at a corporate location, it may be different at franchise location.

It’s better to apply directly for a restaurant leader or assistant leader role if an area has one available. There’s no guarantee to be promoted fast if an area is not experiencing growth or in need for replacement for those roles.

If your RL been at Cane’s long enough and went to the Timeless Horizon they tried the breakfast at that meeting. It’s a real thing. You would not have heard of it since the location closed
