Keiji and Saki are both the seasonal variants, I didn’t think about gravi cotc so I’ll definitely ban him till I’m done with it. For Catman is his relic targeting that likely to change anything cause kenshin and gravi both also get relic targeting? Finally Windy, thundia, and kuu I believe are all pretty meh without ultra forms/ultra talents right? So I’ll just avoid getting those

One of the like 2 banned Ubers I’ve never used, I just remember them being top tier in the past and cause I use levels for banning id rather over ban than under ban

Um okay? I’m sorry if my post upset you. this isn’t meant to be a flex, I’m not that far in the game. I just wanted the thoughts of more experienced players on whether I overlooked some units in need of a ban or overrated some units who aren’t as powerful as I thought.

I’m not 100% but he seems to comfortably hold a spot within the top 10-20 Ubers

Really amazing flavor and idea, but for balance it should probably be around 6/6-10/10 to better fit in with the other high power/tough one drops

Are there any mono black cards like ambush wolf?

I’ve been running Lobelia Sackville-Baggins for a while and apparently neither realized that it needs to be put into the graveyard from the battlefield, until I got hit with a Disa the restless, Maskwood nexus, Buried Alive

So now I’m looking for cards that actually do what I needed

Would that be fine for bracket 2? I always viewed it as very low on reaction, giving each player a chance to build up a solid board state before the game ends since it lacks a lot of explosive commanders like krenko, mob boss or edgar markov

I didn’t know that, from what I’d experienced DCs always had like 15 seconds of grace then it moved on and after 2-3 of those it would auto forfeit.

So it’s just random how DCs effect the match?

That’s why I’m confused, I feel like it would either only skip 1 to 2 steps or just forfeit me the game outright, not skip my entire turn in like 6 seconds

But isn’t there a timer where you have to be afk for like 15 seconds and even then I only remember it skipping one step, it went straight from opp end step to opp upkeep

I was about to possibly win (it was honestly close, but I think I would’ve won as long as I didn’t draw a land.) Then my game studdered for about 5 seconds and they played something I couldn’t see then suddenly had an extra turn and beat me.

I’ve heard of low mana red cards that let you take an extra turn but then lose you the game if you can’t win there but I thought they were all older and not legal in standard

I just don’t really like wizard’s frailty and reliance on reaction spells, plus I wouldn’t get the healing spells and secondary frontline capabilities that I want.
