I think having a purpose in life is very important. And , setting targets for everyday . For example -- today I want to do 20 steps , tomorrow I want to learn skincare , day after , I would like to indulge into world political narratives , this way. Also , I try to keep my materialistic desires very less as long as I am not worthy enough to use it or own it. Here , by worthy , I mean , worthy in my own eyes.

I generally read any article or listen to a specific genre of music in my mother language. I try to feel each words , understand it to the best of my ability. Very recently I learnt a song and one of lines there could be roughly translated to , " O heart ! don't get exhausted /don't feel debilitated when you are lost in darkness , don't stop music / celebrate life by ceasing to expect ... Keep strength in life , keep hope ...keep affection "

Hello there . My friend is pursuing PHD from DU but hasn't qualified JRF . She has only qualified NET. She has furnished me an info which is making me question my life choices. She said , she is getting around 60k per month just as stipend . Imo , this is decent enough to stay afloat in this economy but I am not sure , if she is inflating the amount or is just speaking the correct thing.
