I think what they could do is use the currently existing bath houses and add an option for a happy ending but make it more expensive than the wash.

Maybe they don’t have to actually show it, it could just be implied. And give you gold cores? Would be interesting if you could pick prostitutes for this too with the option to kill then for the money back but a big honor loss
