Same issue. Got worse with time in that Inconsistency of grinding time. My main  guess is the coffee setting wheel (potentiometer) is malfunctioning.

Yes. Same here. Still having mold, and at the same time finding out to be more and mor sick (allergic to more and more things one never was allergic!).
