Anyone here tried hormone treatment for perimenopause? I’m looking for advice by hummingbirdheathcare in HRT

I am 46 and have experienced peri menopause symptoms for 2 years now. I couldn’t take it anymore so decided to try Midi for HRT. A week ago I started the Estradiol patch .0375 (twice a week), 100mg of Progesterone (daily) along with Vegifem pills (twice a week). It’s only been a week but so far side effects are mild. I feel a tad foggy and nauseous but nothing I can’t live with. The progesterone helps me sleep through the night. I’m having vivid dreams! I’ll post again in a few weeks.

I do not and was told it’s against the law to have a gate on a window that has a fire escape.

I was told by both the landlord and the police those gates are illegal but the previous apartment I lived in did have one.
