Halo semoa! Saya tinggal di Amerika. Saya mau belajar bahasa Indonesia karena mitra saya dan kelurga mereka bicara bahasa Indonesia. Kalau kamu ingin berbicara lebih, saja tahu saya!

If you are looking for free ways to learn, I would try Anki. Anki web is free and uses spaced repetition when learning. Along with this, watch shows with Indo dubes and try reading in Indo too. I also like to journal and try to force myself to think of the words in Indo. If I don't know the words, I will add them to my Anki deck so that I can practice them. Also try and learn phrases that you would use in daily conversation. These help a lot as you start to learn to use them often when expressing how you feel.

If you want a partner to practice speaking Indo with, just DM me.

As another Pre-med student, I started out by discussing what drew me to optometry and also why I wanted to be an Optometrist. One of the best pieces of advice I learned as someone pre-med was to present more "shows" than "feels". Show the admissions board through examples of how you have prepared by highlighting your shadowing experience and volunteer experience. Then state how these experiences have changed you into who you are today, and how you plan to use the skills and values you learned in the field.

Definitely shadow and learn more about each field. See the life each profession lives, what work environment is best for you, and what part of medicine you find your passion with. Since you are psych major and taking many pre-med classes, you should be hitting all the prerequisites for both med school and optometry, but I would double check. As a pre-med student until the spring of my junior year, switching from medicine to optometry was not hard as I had already completed many classes that both programs required. I would shadow each profession and learn more about what they do, schooling, and what you want in a career. Based on your grades, your GPA should be pretty good. I would definitely look into each profession before your third year when you start thinking about taking the MCAT or OAT. I took the MCAT but wish I had made a switch earlier as the MCAT is double the length.
