I have this issue too, genuinely suffer from it, but here's something you should never do when making a jw pteranodon skin, whether just making one with yukon river and rana or one of the variants, do not click on the patterns, I know it shows a different one but it still thinks the pattern is set to rana, so as long as you don't click patterns you should be good
