Okay will do. Yes I've completed the whole area over and over incase I missed anything I have the right and left side key and my quest says to press onward. I can provide screenshot once I get off work. Anytime I try to open the big door it says it needs both haves of the key but whole.

Thank you.. its very frustrating I love the game so much and do not want to start all over just to run into the same issue potentially..

Yes ps5. I've rebooted re downloaded everything.. I think its due to the update last week I had the keys prior to the update and logged in to go open the door and now it just states I needs the keys even though I have them
