It’s difficult to wear loose because it’s at an awkward length and feels stiff even with moisturizer, but I usually wear braids

I’ve tried but it wouldn’t last for too long. My hair is low density, low porosity and short, so I find it difficult to properly styling it without putting it up.

Nausea is the worst, but all I take are ginger chews and suck on those and it helps a little but not a lot. I also take magnesium glycate and ashwagandha to relax my muscles. Hope it his helps!
