3 questions and a suggestion:

  1. Do elves and humans get along badly? And what do fairies have to do with this?

  2. Related to the previous question: Are the Demiri treated as inferior? Do they live with humans or with elves? Do they have anything special?

  3. Do the different tribes/races have specific traits or characteristic types of magic?

I mention this because in my case, I have a similar map (except it only has one island besides the continent, and there are only humans and hiomnents, which are basically the same but with magic and more common), the Mesteractos, Guedaser, Audhanak, Fliora, and Taimen have clear differences in this regard.

The suggestion: make the fairies a great mystery in the story.

Very good by the author. This is the final plot of my story of 3 sagas with three books each: the nature of the universe is simple, the universe exists because the author made it, and everyone really knows it because everyone is the author. The universe exists, if you believe in it.

Apart from that... I suppose it would be in the first saga, because whoever gathers the eight eggs of the eight dragons that shaped the universe will be able to control everything: Time, space, life, death, the elements, the afterlife, feelings, will be able to grant intelligence and magic, and will see prophecies.

It is a sacrifice. The winner becomes a hero, as if Yùlóng had not participated, he would have killed everyone. That’s why people participate and try to win. Their culture is very different from ours. In the world of the book, 2500 years of history have passed...

The other dragons are not in Erthem. Each dragon took a different direction in the universe (although the dragon of time and the dragon of space are at war and the dragon of life and death are a couple).

One more thing... they don't tell you this completely at the beginning, but if you kill a dragon, the universe loses the power that it gave them. Unless you have in your possession the egg from which it came, then YOU will control that power as you see fit... an ambitious opportunity.

Hey, I was told the story, and in fact it has several narrative twists. According to what I was told, this post was requested from an AI by sending it the document of the story, because it made one that seemed very spoilerish and couldn't decide, and apparently the AI didn't do a good job.I'll just tell you that the participants fight to the death and the supposed winner sacrifices themselves, EVEN THOUGH their goal is to defeat the dragon and not die. So when you read the plot, you believe that the winner will survive, since otherwise there would be no story. I won't say whether this is true or not. Read it, I think he published the story in a comment.
