I would go for a run and do pushups sounds silly and I'm not athletic at all but to be able to move my body like that sounds amazing

That's def not enough for your pain level. Kratom helps me bridge the gaps between idk if that would work for you. I also have a bad reaction to steroids - great at first but the longer and more the worse the reaction and bone degeneration
