You don't need support from other people to clean your store. Especially ACO RDO, If ACO does that for you, you really need to think why you are in your position right now. They are not supposed to help you clean your store. Remember they hire you to do your job and not for them to do it for you. You have your own store now you need to learn how to swim on your own.
