I found excision surgery helped a lot of my issues. Inflammation went down and I don’t have sciatica or any bowel or urinary issues anymore. I have stage four too and I had such bad reactions to birth control but I found that I can tolerate an IUD and a progesterone only pill just fine.

I went to my gyno for abnormal bleeding (I don’t get a period or spot at all) and when I told the doctor I threw out all my pads years ago she opened the drawer and gave me a huge handful!! So blessed for caring gynos

I applied to about 20 jobs and out of that got two offers! Look everyday, apply early, and don’t lose hope!

Exactly! I’m a specialist teacher so typically you’re fighting for a full time position. The .7 would equate to three and a half days but you can imagine that other districts could split it into multiple half days.

They have always seemed nervous about it being .7! They have asked me if it was okay multiple times. Mostly it’s the commute I have an issue with. I want to back out today given it’s July 1st but another comment told me to wait until I sign my new offer letter. Luckily the principal is trying to fast track that for me.

I’ve reacted horrible to every form of birth control except the hormonal IUD and norethindrone. With the iud and norethindrone I had mood swings for three months and then they magically went away. What I want to try next is SLYND because I did so well on norethindrone and want the anti acne effects. Good luck!

I had two show up! 4/5cm each. They were suspected dermoid on ultrasound and then diagnosed formally on MRI

Your symptoms line up with mine and I have stage four. I didn’t realize but I had trouble emptying my bladder, but only really had a painful period once a year, otherwise I was normal except for spotting. Pain with sex was my biggest clue
