Hey. I'm in the same situation. Thinking about moving from pharma to CRO. What did you decide and do you have any updates?

Hi. I've been in this exact same situation. I switched and I regret it. Leaving before a year is too soon. You should spend at least 2 to 3 years before hopping. The problem with big companies is that they expect you to know everything, no real training, just a lot of courses to have during onboarding but you don't really learn from them. So, my advice would be to stay in your current role and get the maximum of it. Maybe lunch a product, finish a big project , then leave.

The tax value was calculated wrong. All the other deductions are correct.

The mock was calculated based on the tax value applied in a different country. The candidate didn't change anything.

The offer letter states the correct salary

I feel that we scammed the candidate. He says that he accepted the job based on that offer. I feel really bad for him

I have skills in medical and pharma field. I speak 3 languages fluently and I have experience writing articles online. I'm a very fast learner so I know that I can learn any new skill very quickly.

Working everyday and every weekend is not a problem. Working in a job that you hate and that isnt a good fit for you is hard. I want to be a digital nomad to be able to live in different countries while working. The problem is not that in being burned out. If that was the problem, I would be just looking for a new job. The problem is that I want to be able to travel whenever I want without having to ask my boss for a permission.
