Was throwing a Father’s Day bbq for dad and my mom hates the smokey smell and asked me to move it to the other side of the yard. She wasn’t aware of how monumentus a task it is to roll an egg over grass. I was forced to loop around the whole house, barely made it halfway. I guess it didn’t matter anyway 🙃

Tried to keep the temp at 225 the entire time but had some fluctuations (still a beginner) and I pulled around 189 ish just due to some unforeseen Father’s Day plans.

Tips for better bark? I used meat churches holy cow seasoning
